My loan officer, Jeff, was nothing short of amazing. The support he provided me during my loan process was unmatched. He explained the entire process and answered every question I had in depth, and was extremely patient with me. This was my first time purchasing a home, so the process was very confusing at times. Jeff explained it in a way that someone who does not do this for a living would understand. He was always positive, and supportive of reaching the ultimate end goal - CLOSING! The process was beyond SEAMLESS, I always hear horror stories of people going through the home buying process. Believe it or not, packing was more stressful than dealing with the financial side of buying my first home! Jeff was very clear in requesting the documents I needed, and processed everything in an extremely timely manner. We stayed on target throughout the entire process. Brian Rundle was the loan officer on my first home purchase in August. Working with him was a fantastic experience! I didn't know what to expect with my first purchase, but he explained everything really well, and found me the best rate. I'm excited about working with him and my realtor Angela Rupp again in the future. They are a phenomenal team, and I highly recommend them to you, and all my friends and family!

Chris Doering mortgage was so helpful in getting our mortgage for our new house. On the first call to their office the receptionist said "let me get Chris on the phone" , I was pretty sure I wasn't going to talk to Chris Doering or it was going to be a recording..it was him, I've talked to him a number of times and he was so helpful and a really great guy. The process with their firm was so easy and Kristen and Jennifer were so helpful in the process. It is a stressful time to sell and buy a house and move but I'd also hurt my knee and was down for about 4 weeks so it made it even worse. Luckily Chris Doering mortgage made their part easy on us. We would definitely use them again, but I told my wife I'm never moving again :-) But if interest rates come down in the next 3 years, they are offering a reduced cost refi program, so if the economy cooperates and rates go down, we'll be back with them. Thanks again!!
