Ernie at Alligator Mortgage was really great to work with. I was having trouble with the lender suggested by my realtor and was afraid that the week and a half I lost during the closing period would cost me the house. But Ernie was on top of it and got me cleared to close EARLY. Eternally thankful that I chose to work with him. Would highly recommend the folks at Alligator Mortgage. Ernie at Alligator Mortgage made my first home purchase very smooth! As a first time buyer I was very nervous and he answered ALL my calls, even after normal working hours and made sure everything was under control! My closing agents also even noted that Alligator montage saved me a lot of money. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ernie was the best! This home buying experience was made easy because of him! At first it seemed that we had so many financial obstacles between us and our new home, however they all disappeared upon closing. Initially started off needing funds in reserves, to not needing any for the closing!! I could not imagine doing this without Ernie and his team!!! I will definitely seek Ernie out again if we ever decided to buy again. I recommend Ernie 100 percent!
