Overall a decent experience. The condo I rented wasn't the greatest so things came up but was dealt with relatively quickly. It ended up getting sold while I was renting, and that was very annoying but not Watsons fault. They were a bit one sided all about the owner, but thankfully I was able to get out of my lease so I didn't have to deal with it for very long.

I am so grateful I chose Pam Gretter to be my agent when buying my house. My purchase deal had some crazy and unexpected twists and turns, and I honestly do not believe I could have come away with the house I did without Pam being so organized and knowledgeable and on top of things. She knows the industry inside and out from contract law to bidding strategies and right down to whether a water heater pan is up to code. She is a trusted advisor who pointed me in the right direction throughout the whole process and kept my spirits up along the way. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rick showed exemplary customer service. He was consistently available for calls, text, and emails. He always responded to questions that day. He was knowledgeable and willing to be upfront and honest about what he saw in the homes we looked at. He didn't try to up sell. He focused on finding us the best home for us.
