Shane helped me get in and out quickly and I appreciated that the most. He helped me switch back to AT&T from a different provider (which is usually a painful process) and he made it quick and painless. He heard me when I said I was on a budget and let me know about the student plan, which was a HUGE lifesaver for me.

The At&t associate Ondra was extremely pleasant, and provided %100 customer service to my mom and I. He went above and beyond to insure that we had all the needed information and that we were successfully set up with our phone, internet and cable connections. He still checks in to see how we are doing! Meeting him and receiving the service that we were giving is a pleasure.

I walked to the AT&T door and was immediately greeted by Andre Greaves. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays so check this out. I explained I needed a new SIM card for my unlocked phone. Shortly, he was able to get me a BRAND NEW iPhone 14 , start my own line , phone case , wireless charger , screen protector and fast charger box which totaled to less then $150 for the same day purchase. Leaving my monthly payments at a reasonable affordable price. Andre was fast with everything. Not to mention, I came there THREE times earlier the same day and compared to the other WORKERS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDRE GREAVES! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!!! AT ALL!!!!
