I met with Billy on November 15 2023
He measured the windows the we would like Hurricane Shutters installed.
Several weeks passed no estimate no calls from White Aluminum
Months have passed I have been calling them to get an answer called Thursday 2/22/24 no call back no information.
I called them 2/23/24 and ask why Billy does not return my calls.
and if he cant do the job just tell me.
"She said she would contact him and he would call me back"
As of today 2/26/24 11:00 AM no returned call.
Trying to get someone to return my call that's all I ask.
How can someone run a business like this and not return call or let me know they are not interested in the job?
Not happy would not recommend this company (White Aluminum) out of Haines City ,Florida

RIP-OFFS!! Billy came out to do an estimate after the front overhang blew off from Hurricane Ian. Then the hail stones put holes in the siding. We were satisfied with his estimate to fix it all. When the workers came out to fix it they said there wasn't enough siding to do the job. They ended up putting up two pieces of aluminum not even 8' long. They didn't even cover the area between the mobile and roof-over which allows wind driven rain and small animals to get between the old roof and the roof-over. They charged us just over $1800.00 for the two pieces of aluminum and the time it took to throw it up there. They did not change the estimate after they could not do all the work.

Very impressed and highly recommend. We needed a hand railing installed on our front steps and White Aluminum did a fantastically beautiful job. Due to lead time, we were expecting about four weeks for the project to begin and were pleasantly surprised to have the work completed in less than two weeks, (and just in time for our Christmas guests). The railing was installed quickly and has not only made our front steps safer but has completely changed the aesthetics of our home. I could not be more pleased.
