      image The people are nice enough but there is no sense of time or scheduling here.
      Made a 12pm appointment and the car didn't get looked at until 3:30, at which point they told me they didn't have the tire in stock.
      Made a 3pm appointment for the next day. Brought the car in earlier at their suggestion to get it in the front of the 3pm appointment line and the car still didn't get seen before 4pm.
