        Worst experience waiting on a shower. Attitude and behavior from one of the workers when I asked why they weren't cleaning the showers. Bad customer service

        Heyyyyy EJ!!! God forbid there ever is a situation with a driver here. These people will tell you they cant do a wellness check on drivers whose location is here but hasnt checked in or responded to dispatch in days. Because they dont have the staff to do it. Sad.

        This doesn't just go for this Pilot, but actually all Pilot/Flying J in general: bobtails are taking up spaces in the car parking which leaves us expedited commercial vans out of a parking spot, and I've seen at some locations they have "no bobtail parking" signs up in the car parking, and that's all fine and dandy but not all locations are enforcing it and they really need to do so
