Club at Emerald Waters

Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. These place is INFESTED with cockroaches and they do not do anything about it. Like actually doing something about it, because they will go to your unit with a cheap spray but that doesnt help at all. We have had spray and bombs multiple times and nothing has changed. But of course, its our walls, its INFESTED with cockroaches. I have cockroaches walking around my dishes, my food, my kitchen sink, my dishwasher, my living room, my couch, my dogs food and plates, my bathroom, my closets, even MY BED. I was trying to sleep a few nights ago and I felt an itch and something moving, when I looked it was a cockroach! It bit me! Now Im terrified to go to bed. This is insane! I shouldnt be terrified going to bed in a place that I pay $2000 a month. Those $2000 go to the pool area, the gym, to paint a little bit here and there, just to make this place look pretty for people to rent but the insides are rotting. Those people rent and then they want to run out of here like everyone else, so do not let it fool you. This place is full of roaches, the halls are dirty, the elevator besides being filthy you always think you are going to fall off, nobody picks up their dog poop, that dog park is a dumpster, the laundry room be prepared because if you use more than 2 washers it gets flooded, plus youll have to dry your clothes twice because the dryers suck. Its just disgusting. Maintenance will take an eternity to come, even if you set the work order as an emergency. I made a work order 3 days ago because I have mold in my AC unit and nobody has come. MOLD. Update: they closed my work order and nobody came to fix it. This is what Im dealing with, paying $2k a month ridiculous. We have been getting sick constantly, our stomachs have been horrible and my dog has been vomiting out of nowhere but no wonder, with cockroaches walking around my clean dishes, my food, my dogs plates, her toys, mold in my AC unit and bathroom. They should be paying my medical bills. Insane. Like I said do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here run the other day.

Ive been living here for over 10 years now. I've very happy here, everyone in the office is very nice. Natayzha is always so helpful and kind.
