WARNING Very unprofessional!! The intake employee named Peter decided it would be ok for him to just go on holiday and not communicate get back to me having me wait for almost one week and I was the one who had to keep reaching out, he didnt even bother to get back to me. Wasting my timeline and energy VERY unprofessional and was even rude to me on the phone as well! They dont deserve even one star !! YIKES DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!

3.5 years ago my life changed when a full size SUV ran a red light at a high rate of speed, totaling my Range Rover and leaving me with serious and substantial injuries. Not understanding how their heavily advertised/billboard and call center based system works, I contacted 411 Pain and was referred to one of their lawyers.
