Dr. Janice Milligan, MD

I have been seeing Miligan all my life. The wait time to see HER can be long and SHE is only in on specific days now, they have brought in extra doctors to see patients throughout the week and those visits are in a timely manner. The care provided by her, her staff and extra doctors that work there is fantastic. They keep the place clean and answer any questions you may have. Even over the phone I have been able to describe what I've felt and they've been able to tell me who to see. You can always ask for a list of specialists and they'll find them for you.

No matter what anyone says Dr. Milligan IS the best!! Yes her wait times can be long however it is because she gives each of her patients her undivided attention to listen to every concern they have and address them accordingly to get to the bottom of what is going on! Dr. Milligan believed me when no one else did and continued to support me through many many tests and if it hadn't been for her I would NOT be here today! Many specialty doctors told me I was imagining My pain and ignored my symptoms and complaints but not Dr. Milligan and long behold I had a tumor in my spinal cord. I will forever be grateful for the time she took with me and her encouragement! I wish more doctors were like her because she is irreplaceable!

First off, the doctor here is great and offers the best care. That is where it stops. From the scheduler to the nurse practitioner it is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have listened to my sister cry for years about her unfair treatment from this group. From her cancer diagnosis to present day seasonal allergies, it is enough to make your stomachache sick as you understand her treatment was far from that of a complete professional competency and a due care giver environment. We have tried to rectify the differences but the severity of issues are consistent and seemingly permanent. I hope, for the doctors and patients sake, that they change the unfair exclusion of some and be totally inclusive. She is finally in the process of changing her primary care physician because of the non-professionalism around the doctor. God is good.
