Staff members friendly and considerate. However Received the wrong frame for my glasses. Spoke to Glynis the office manager about my problem and was treated as if the issue was my fault. She finally agreed to fix the problem but left me with the feeling I couldnt trust what I would receive back from them. As a health care professional for over 30yrs I always believed that if the error was the fault of the providing office it should be fixed without the patient being made to feel uncomfortable for asking to get what they paid for. Many other options available for you as a patient. Shop wisely

I had an eye exam with Dr. Harriett. He was very thorough in his exam. My Rx had changed quite a bit so he suggested I see a specialist. The gal out front helped me select frames after I explained what I was looking for. My glasses turned out great. They were done in a week.
