I would like to thank Dr. Terrazzo and his team for always doing a fantastic job. We have worked with several vendors and trades but the owner of Dr. Terrazzo genuinely cares about his clientele. They have done several of my clients' floors from concrete polishing to terrazzo floors and made them look spectacular! All day long I recommend this 5 star professional group to family, friends and other trades.

Dr. Terrazzo and his team were able to fit me in their busy schedule much quicker than I anticipated, and also did a wonderful job of cleaning, polishing, sealing/ protecting, and bringing back to life the approximately 850 sq ft of Terrazzo in a customer's house of mine. They were punctual, professional, and effectively communicated every step of the way. If you're looking to have your Terrazzo restored to its original beauty or concrete stained/ polished, I would highly recommend Dr. Terrazzo and his team.

I contacted Chris at Dr Terrazzo to do a restoration on 3800 sq ft of Mexican Saltillo tile outside. They seemed experienced and were responsive. Told me their process would get the job done. They came out and ran a machine for a little more than a day and then sealed the tile with 2 heavy coats of Ishine sealer. While initially when wet it looked ok. Within a few hours to a day, it had a purplish look in areas and tiles had a white haze and it was clear his process with the machine did not remove old sealer. I called and explained to Chris the issues. After discussion about process, he sent his guys out again and attempted to redo an area with a stripper. It was terrible. It was clear they had no experience with the process. After a day and a half with the tile in that area worse than before they left. I contacted Chris and offered to cover his expenses if he would return the balance. He refused. said he wanted to come out and fix it again. Based on the first two attempts I was not willing to allow them back with no confidence in ability to fix it. I contacted another company who did a great job restoring tile even after the first damage done. I would not recommend Dr Terrazzo / Chris at all.
