        Kathryn is VERY racist! Ever since she has became manager the community has began to go down. She follows tenants around the complex, harasses anyone of color, and blames the tenants for the mold issues in the complex! I have been in this complex for 9 years and have never had any issues until her! She has been reported to the Landlord tenant office, the BBB, and the NAACP more than once.
