Pinnacle

Thrilled to be living here! I initially was excited to move here because of the parking garage. I was so tired of lugging groceries through the summer rains and thunderstorms and fighting daily for a place to park in the complex where I used to live. I feel a great sense of freedom now, having an assigned spot. I can come and go as I please and know that I will always have parking. But I have found that the best part of this community is its' heart - the leasing and property management staff! Katlin, Victoria, Buffy, Maria and Dickie have been so wonderful to work with, and truly make me feel like I am at home. My one-bedroom apartment is 300 square feet larger than the one I left and I feel like I am living in opulence. The common areas are gorgeous, brand spanking new, and they have amenities I have never seen before in an apartment community. Suggest you come and check it out before they are gone! Fabulous location, too, just far enough away from Town Center to not be stuck in the daily traffic there, but easy to get to. Come one, come all! You will not be sorry. I am thankful every day.

Our tour of Pinnacle was fantastic! The new amenities blew us away from the awesome fitness center to the relaxing outdoor spaces. But what really made the experience exceptional was Dickie, our leasing agent. He greeted us warmly, showed us around with enthusiasm, and made sure we found the perfect apartment to fit our needs. Dickie's friendly and professional attitude truly stood out. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and we can't wait to move in. Highly recommend checking it out!

My experience with Pinnacle was exceptional. The apartments are stunning, boasting modern amenities and spacious layouts that exceeded my expectations. The service provided from Dickie was a ton of fun, showing us everything we wanted to see, and really helped us find what we were looking for at the best price. Making the process effortless and a no brainer. Highly recommend Pinnacle for a rental experience in a beautiful setting. Were really excited to move in this month!

Veronica, supposedly big honcho, told us if anyone can help us, it would be her. We went there to see apartments and it was a waste of time. She called us after we left to get more information and said she would call back. We called back and requested a call back. Nothing! After being in the lobby and hearing another man complaining about his lease, we've marked this place off the list! Don't waste your time.

Not yet a resident, but soon. Dickey is the BEST!! He was very friendly and so helpful to make the process easy to me when I started the paperwork. Im so excited to move and be part of this beautiful and excellent place.
