From my initial conversation with Eric Ruff on the phone, I found him to be a witty and funny individual, who really knows bankruptcy law. Eric's friendly personality put me at ease about my decision to pursue Chapter 7 Bankruptcy... and his vast knowledge of bankruptcy law, put me at ease about selecting Eric for this life changing process. I was vastly impressed by the videos Eric has created to walk people through the bankruptcy process... these videos were very informative and very well produced, as were the 2 videos watched after bankruptcy has been filed. With the information Eric provided me, I knew exactly how the process was going to proceed and I also knew that I had a very important role in that process, with completing my binder... my 'homework'. My case has been filed and now I am waiting for the last pieces of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy process to unfold.
