Came to hang out with the salesman Kevin today and he was cool enough to sell me the car I wanted to buy. We had to wrestle with a different potential buyer that was looking at the same car but our wrestling skills were unmatched and we came out on top. Kevin was fun to test drive with and very knowledgeable about the car and other cars and how theyd compare to the one I was interested in, in all aspects. We came upon agreeable details for trade value and all other details and Im going home In the car I wanted. Cool vibe here. They just opened so come on thru before this place gets super busy.

Worked with Josh on a used truck. He asked all the right questions on what I was using the truck for and how low long I planned on keeping it. Drove out with a beautiful F 150 for my wife. Entire staff was great to work with.

Just so happened to have stopped by on their FIRST DAY OPEN! And bought an awesome car AND had a great experience! We went to another dealership a few lots down and were very disappointed by inventory and prices. We drove by AutoNation USA and decided to just drive through and see what inventory they had. Wow! WAY better selection, everything was CLEAN and prices were what we were looking for! We instantly spotted a car we were interested in and were helped by Kevin Figueinedo. When I tell you this man knew everything about this car I mean he knew everything! Any question big or small he knew right away and explained or showed us very patiently and detailed. Kevin really did make us feel excited about this vehicle we bought! He made the process fun and was fast! I also liked that we were not "harassed" by sales people as we were looking around the lot on our own (unlike the other place we stopped at). ***Had to stop by the dealership the next day AFTER purchase was already done and complete and Kevin took the time AGAIN to sit with me in my new car and show me all the little things about it and answer any questions I came up with so I could get the best use out of all the features! Awesome! THANK YOU KEVIN! When we got to the financing part of the process we were helped by Scott Walters. He was great! Very personable and was very honest with us. He also didn't try to "up sale" us anything, which made the process that more enjoyable. I have to say everyone we came in contact with was very nice and genuine. From other random sales guys walking around smiling and chatting with us to several managers introducing themselves to us (before we even purchased) was nice. We traded in a vehicle and really feel we got the best trade in value for it. We were very happy with that too. We had an idea what the trade in would be worth and that's what they came back with!
