Troy Pittman was AMAZING.
We hired Troy for the first home that our offer was accepted at. He took his time (I mean...really took his time, which is NOT a bad thing!) & what he found wasn't pleasing to us as buyers. BUT, we were so glad to have an honest inspection. We ended up backing out of our offer.
The next house we put an offer on, we hired Troy again. He seemed confident that this house was in pristine condition. We've been in this house for a few months now and he was SO right! This house is great.
Both times, we felt we were in SUCH good hands with Troy. He knows what he's doing. He takes his time, is knowledgeable, and gives honest feedback. He's patient when you may not know what he's talking about.
He works with his wife, who does appointment booking and office work. She's super nice & together they make a great team. We couldn't be happier & will continue to recommend them to all of our friends/family who plan on buying or selling!
