First I want to say Katie was the best! She helped me color match and didnt give up until we loved it. This is the best foundation and match I have ever had. I gave a 4 and not a 5 because when I came in, I asked for a specific brand of make up for full coverage foundation and two different women said we dont sell that and pointed me in the direction of a different brand that was not what I was not good tor full coverage. Then I asked for a color match and they said they dont have anybody coming in for an hour for that but then a few minutes later Katie came to me saying, do you need a color match. And she found the exact makeup I was looking for that the other two said they didnt sell. They just need a little more organization and maybe a team meeting before the doors open so theyre all on the same page.

Ms. Nisa was very professional and her customer service was top-notch! She understood my concern, was very respectful and addressed it with genuine care. One of the reasons I continue coming back to this Ulta.

I absolutely love adore Sara, she is the best!! Amazing personality and very knowledgeable! In fact, everyone at this location is helpful. Im always asked if I need help, and I appreciate the effort they put in to help me find the right products for my skin.
