I can attest this company is down right fraudulent. Back in May of 2022 after my appointment, I asked to cancel my plan subscription as to I was unhappy how the professionalism of how appointments have been handled land of late. Too which they told me I had to do the canceling myself through a hand written letter or email. The email they gave me was redirecting back to me after sent as it was not a valid email. Id load screen shops on here if I could. To then be continued to be billed $19 a month. Come November, I scheduled an appointment as to the thought process well if Im still paying Im getting a service out of it mindset. The day before my appointment they text me to confirm the appointment and the allotted time. I show up the next day and the doors are closed and the businesses next door claim theyve been closed for several months. I been calling numbers and leaving messages and have had no response. Currently in dispute status with my bank for the charges that are STILL occurring despite being closed! Steer clear at at all cost

0 zero star the worst dentist I have seen , I paid a lot for nothing. Every time the dr change. Bad bad baaaaad, did anyone sue him? If anyone did send me the information where to sue this doctor please.thanks

The Beachwalk office has been closed for a lengthy amount of time. Meanwhile they didnt even bother to notify their patients. I have a billing dispute which I have called the Rivertown office about at least 30 times since December 2022. Most of my calls go unreturned. If someone calls, they promise they will call me back on Wednesday when they go over to beachwalk-then they dont. This is leaving me with no other option than to go to the state and file a complaint.

I've had an totally abysmal experience with this company over the last 6 weeks...and I had been going ro Narducci locations since 2018. They've apparently "misplaced" INVISALIGN trays, to which I'd paid hundreds of dollars for. I've had to follow up via phone 8-10 times (literally) and still don't have a resolution. The last call just a few minutes ago, the Surfside office manager called me a liar in an indirect manner, but in a sweet voice so you know...that makes it okay. She promised me a call back yesterday when they weren't with patients. Can you guess what didn't happen? Avoid this business at all costs...seriously.
