Edit: So it was ok for a while.. open when it was advertised at least, but once again they are closing when they are advertising 24 hours causing me to drive across town in the middle of the night to get items for my sick kid and closed until 7 is posted Which wouldnt be so bad except a few days ago I stopped by after work and they had a closed - management sign and when I asked about it the next day she told me that it was a one night thing and we will be open normal hours moving forward They could at the very least turn off the open 24 hours sign. This is one of the only stores that still offer 24 hour services or I would not even bother. Every time I come here they are closed. If its after midnight, dont expect them to be open. There are workers walking around with a closed sign on the door. I need meds and its so frustrating to drive around to multiple stores and have every one be closed, even though they are advertising as 24 hours. I asked an employee during the day why this is and the answer, We are understaffed so they cant fire us. We can pretty much do what we want. Had this not been an emergency I wouldnt have even tried to come in tonight.

not 24 hrs. dont waste your time. they have 2 big signs on 2 different windows that say OPEN 24HOURS and on google it says open 24 hrs but when you get there the sign on the window says closed at 9pm and another sign says "sorry for the inconvenience "

Tried to shop at a 24 hour store but they were closed. I submitted hours to Google to verify their hours with CVS

Hi Everyone I just want to say I have read all of these bad reviews about CVS on San Juan. I would like to be the first to say at first I was very skeptical about transferring all of my medication profile over to them. First I prayed that I would not have to deal with all of the negative that was mentioned on these reviews. I can truly say from the Head Pharmacist to their Pharmacist Technicians were very professional and they were very knowledgeable and competent and caring about my prescriptions and talked to me very professional at all times with the professionalism of their customers service. I did bring to their attention of their bad reviews and I am hear to say they deserve (5) Stars across the board. I am glad that I didnt go by there bad reviews and follow my instincts and took a chance to find out for myself. Thank You to the Pharmacy Department and keep up the Excellent work and it feels good to be apart of a Company that cares and treats you like a real customer. I definitely intend on supporting them and I hope they continue treating me like I am important to them. From the look of it they work really hard dealing with all types of medication and all types of issues and all types of customer. Its called having patience and communicating on a personal level. If you are having a bad day or in pain maybe you should consider taking a deep breath and not take your frustration out on people that are trying to help you.
