        I came in to have a dress just shortened at the bottom in the past when I brought dresses to be shortened it was 20-30$ and then this dress was $50 to be shortened and when I picked it up nothing had been taken off!! It was the same length as when I brought it in. I brought it back to kindly work it out but was told it was still going to be a cost to be sent out to have it done again and tried to say it was because I didnt account for shoes but I am wearing flat and said that.
