(Changed from initial 5 start to 1) I used to LOVE this Dairy Queen. However Id finally convinced my fianc to try one of my fave shakes, and as he was drinking he started gagging. Why?! Because it was MORE THAN OBVIOUS someone had taken a no where near accidental amount of DUST PAN SWEEPINGS & PUT IT JN THE SHAKE! This happened about 6+ months ago. We tried calling the next day as they were closing after our order. We got a manager who said that seems really over the top, acting like we were trying to get something for free. When he said completely unconcerned & seemed bored with this call fine you win what can I give you to make this better? We both laughed and said You think were going back three? Thats the most disgusting, intentional lack of integrity Ive experienced in work, businesses, or even personal life! If thats how they treat just happy customers, imagine what theyd do to someone who complained? We called to inform you of this. He still seemed bored asked if we know the name of WHO MADE IT, advised him ofcourse not but we were the last customers. Instead of saying we will review security or anything, he just said Well if I cant help you, I hope you have a better day and hung up. This was a year+ ago but from what I see in the reviews they havent gotten ANY BETTER.
