We had screens, an awning, and gutters installed on our home. Jimmy and John came out for our estimate. Jimmy quoted the screens and awning, and John, the gutters. We had only a few questions afterwards. I say a few meaning, that was it. They covered nearly everything. They were great! And Jimmy, he can talk! Their project manager, Waldo came out a few days later for a second, and precise measurement of the screens and awning. Waldo was super professional and well spoken. Super nice! The installers came out about 6 weeks later, Zach and Ken. They too, were professional and very polite! There were a few hiccups, but nothing to get bent out of shape over. The awning material was not what we ordered. They still installed the awning and stated they would return once the correct material came in and return to make the correction. That happened today. Waldo called and said they were on the way. Once they got here, Zach and Ken made the change in short order. This project has really made my wife happy. And if you know, you know. The screen installation was like adding on another room to our home. Super happy customer here!!
