Staff was helpful and the facility didn't lack any equipment or modalities! Well fitted! Spacious and clean!

A lot of outdated cybex equipment... (chest machine, back machine, pec dec and calve machine all cybex use a strap for the pulley..they make noises when using them and doesn't have a free range of motion. All the Cross Cable machines are outdated and only 1 Smith Machine where you can't fit a incline bench in.. Suggest replacing with Life Fitness Equipment

I go here pretty often(3-4x per week) and have been on this base for over 10 years. The attendants running the facilities keep it pretty clean and are always courteous. They are always sweeping and mopping, etc. The equipment is nice and gets the job done, but I wish they would put more money into making this more of a state of the art facility. A sauna would be nice, update bathrooms, use that money to modernize the place, open up that wallet(we know you got it !); can we support being open 24/7use Iwakuni, Japans gym as a model. typically work on the treadmill and machines inside. The classes and instructors are awesome. I also like the outdoors section of the gym. Most of the time when I arrive(8-10am, weekdays) its not being used or theres very little people out there. Its clean and FREE.99!
