        Please see edit... My first time & really liked this place! I'm disabled & the attendant, Heather, was so kind & very helpful! I didn't even need to ask, but her helpfulness was so appreciated! So kind of her. She was working hard the whole time I was there & everything was clean! Super impressed! Edit... Wow, definitely gotta edit my review. I was thinking I'd found a really nice place, after Heather was so awesome. But my second time back Jimmy first asked if I was even doing laundry here... um yea, (nobody just hangs out in a laundry mat for fun.) Then, he tells me I cannot perform a GI PegTube food port feeding because it might scare others, even though no one had complained. Do you stop wheelchairs at the door? Are blind people allowed to do laundry? Amputees might scare children. It becomes a beautiful teaching moment for the parent to educate about disabilities. I literally cannot physically eat anything by mouth & was completely & publicly medically discriminated against by Jimmy! The funny thing is that Heather was so kind last time when she saw me doing a food port! She helped move something heavy for me & I didn't even need to ask, she just knew I needed the help & she jumped in. It's crazy that I come back & get medical discrimination & public embarrassment & harrassment regarding a legal disability. Nobody ever wants to slop liquid food into a porthole in their stomach and have to live that way with 100% of their food intake. The freaking LEAST Jimmy could do is mind his own business about my honey yogurt water while I'm just trying to get clean laundry. My rights were infringed. I'll be sharing this review on my media, because many people are disabled and would appreciate the heads up on the medically discriminatory behavior Jimmy brings to this otherwise awesome establishment.

      Elizabeth,We are very sorry to hear of your experience on your second visit. Unfortunately we do have people come and loiter around the premises with no intentions of doing any laundry often and have advised the staff to kindly asked offenders to to leave. Obviously this was not the case. We have pulled together an all staff meeting to discuss your incident and will be providing further training to all of the employees to avoid any other issues of this nature. Please accept our sincerest apology and ask for our manger Dwayne on you next visit. He would like to go over some of the proactive solutions to help assist our disabled clientele in the future.
