Tony Caribaltes is THE BEST! As soon as we began searching for our new home, Tony was our invaluable go-to source of knowledge and insight his guidance was spot-on as we shopped potential houses, and when we finally found one that spoke to us he was right there, working with us to make an offer, navigate all the financial requirements and back-and-forth negotiations, and finally BRING IT HOME! He anticipated every bump in the road, and held our hand the entire way. Tony has always been quick to attend to my requests. He is patient with me when I am indecisive and shares his professional knowledge with me to help me make those big decisions. Tony has gone the extra mile for me and is always Johnny-on-the-Spot! He has sold two homes for me, both to the first buyers who walked in my door. And....my little doxie, Mia loves him to pieces. Had a short window of time to search for my home. Tony asked for the important parameters I wanted. He provided me a listing of homes that were within those important preferences. He had a schedule of visits and off we went.
