Nick is the best! He was so knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish! He kept people moving on time and made sure everyone was on the same page at all times. He came to walk through a with us and asked questions we didnt even think to ask! A very kind, family man whos intentions are truly to get you the home of your dreams. We are very grateful for everything he did to make our first home purchase as easy as possible!

I relocated from Las Vegas Nevada to Jacksonville Florida. I dont know how I came across my realtor Nick , but I am so glad that I had. He took the extra time to look at houses via zoom. He even met with my sister that lived out here, they would go look at houses together. He went above, and beyond what I expected for any realtor to do he was absolutely amazing. He found me the cutest house literally right down the street from my sister. My sister and I are identical, twins and now we have identical twin houses so I couldnt thank him enough for making this move completely stress-free and going above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was met. So if you are in the market for a realtor, I will go above and beyond I 100% would recommend him.

Nick was exceptional to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable without pressuring us to make quick decisions. As a first time home buyer he was patient and walked us through every step. He never made us feel dumb or inexperienced in the process. He was super timely with responses and we would do it all over again with him.
