Requesting simple documents from this company has been VERY difficult. As a new customer, I have been told by several phone representatives that there is nothing that they can do and WILL not let me speak to a supervisor. Myself and a 3rd party have submitted expedited payoff requests and its been almost 3 whole days waiting. If this is a company that cannot fulfill simple requests then there needs to be some time taken to find the root of the problem. I was informed for the last 12 hours that it would be sent today and at the 11th hour, was told it will take another 24 hours. This is unacceptable to say the least.
