I don't know how they only have a 3.8!!! Absolutely perfect, punctual and very skilled staff. Highly recommend this oasis of services!!!

90% of the time I come in here its great which is why I gave 3 stars. I am a regular and come back about every 3 weeks or so. My last trip, however, was so bad it just ruined this place for me The lady who did my eyebrows was very sweet but the lady who did my nails (Nina) kept snapping at me to move my feet and was just very irritated with me from the moment I sit down. She was just rough in general with every step of the pedicure. At one point I was trying to relax and had my eyes closed only to be snapped to by her saying HEY!! And holding the bag up with the wax. I mean just tap my leg or something The massage lasted about 2 minutes total with all parts and she never cleaned under my nails. When it came time to tip she looked over my shoulder to see what I was leaving (the minimum quick button was 15% which I would have not have given if the other lady had not been great). I will go back one more time to see how the next experience since Ive had a good track record but I am just hoping this isnt becoming the norm here. Sigh. Ill edit my review if its better. I try not leave many negative reviews.
