Love the staff at Omaze. There is rarely a wait longer than 5 minutes Everyone that has worked on my nails has made sure I was happy with the service before payment!

Omaze Nails spa is amazing! They are so kind and never fail to make you laugh. Whenever I go I always feel welcome. They do take walk- ins if they are busy.

As a disclaimer i have not gotten my nails done in years but if thats how its supposed to feel i dont know why anyone would. I showed the image of the brown nails as a reference for the shape but wanted them painted black. I'm not sure if the services have changed but my cuticles look a mess there is product up to them and on them that is hardened. They are thick and misshapen. He could have just been having a bad day but when I asked if he could change one he just kept trying to convince me it looked fine. I didn't want to argue with the with him I just wanted to get out of there at that point. I'm not sure if you're supposed to feel a lot of heat when they file them down but it's probably going to take a lot to get my nails healthy when these finally come in. It was a nice place and the people were nice. Like I said maybe he was just having a bad day.
