Called on a referral, they were able to get out to us promptly. Dewey arrived on time, very personable, good sense of humor and very professional. Found the issues immediately & opened up clogged drain. Very good interaction. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Our 50-year-old cast iron drains, under the house slab, were heavily choked with crud and corrosion. When you'd flush the guest bathroom toilet, you would have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. After snaking that line one too many times, I called PRS on the recommendation of a neighbor. They videoed the lines, and confirmed why we were having the issues. They scheduled a time to commence, and told us how long it would take, and what would be required. A very professional crew showed up promptly on the start date, pressure blasted our lines clean, and commenced epoxy-lining them. Every aspect of the job went well. Crew members were courteous and professional at all times, and finished on the day they said they would. Office staff was helpful and professional as well. Now, instead of crossing fingers, we just wave bye! What a relief to have our old pipes fully open and slick again! I'd hire these guys again in a minute. Highly recommended.

I approached Cody while he was doing a job in my neighborhood, Cody was very informative and helpful with the questions I had about the services pipe restoration services offers.
