DJ's Record Shop

Huge, dusty selection of records with barely enough room to walk down the aisles packed with cardboard boxes of records. Lady working there was kind of friendly, but with a "what are you doing in here?" strange vibe that was off-putting. Parking options aren't great, and the neighborhood is not the best. Specialized in more R&B than other genres it seemed, but hard to tell because we couldn't really walk freely in the store. What I did manage to look at was either priced with a marker on the sleeve (why would you do that?) or not priced at all. Resembled a hoarder's basement more than it did a record store. Might have been some gems in there, but I wouldn't know because of the dirt-mall claustrophobia combined with being stalked by the lady working there sent us on our way quickly.

They have some really cool records but the customer service is really not good. An older lady followed me through the whole shop, I felt very uncomfortable so I ended up leaving.

This shop has been around for t least 2 decades. They have ll of the classics, oldies and goodies. There's an endless supply of vinyl, so be prepared to fall in love. Vinyl is making its way back into the hearts and homes.
