Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!†He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.†Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Service - Unprofessional - Jerky Crew Members

I ordered online for curbside p/u. My order was listed to be ready no later than 6:33p. I work at the hospital close by, arriving around 6:42p. I followed all of the curbside p/u instructions. 5 minutes have gone by and no one has brought my food out.
I go into the store. There were no customers at the counters, no staff at the counter either. A young man comes over asking if I was placing an order. I explained the situation to him. He retrieves my order, passes it to 2 other crew member and I finally get my food. I asked for their names so they can be celebrities in my review and it seem not a one of them knew each others name, nor their own. It's obvious they were in need of a professional adult supervisor. Poor customer service is the best description I have for this location.
