I am extremely pleased with Dr. Nguyen and all of his staff. They have seen all 4 of my animals and each time I had attentive, patient service and in-depth discussions for all of my options with excellent follow-up. I'm lucky to have this clinic so close to my home since me and my very senior dog, who is feeling a hundred times better than when we first came in, have to be "regulars." Thank you, all!

I called here because I THOUGHT they were affordable. My dog has cushings disease, which requires a very expensive test to be done every six months. My dog is old so I have opted to only do the test annually. I called here to get stim test they said they could do it after a consult. I took my dog during a lunch break to get her consult, they wanted to do blood work,then wanted a urnalysis. They couldnt get pee for the urnalysis so sent me home to collect it myself. So I paid for a test that wasnt done. One of the vet techs there is extreme. Nice one minute rude as hell the next. So mind you all I wanted was this stim test to get another refill of my dogs meds for cushings. I went back for another appointment to get the results of the labs. I told the doctor I needed to go back to work but he continued to go into extreme depth of things he wanted to do and giving me a lecture on cushings and kidney disease. He gave me a prescription for a kidney disease drug that was $100 a month The doctor refused to set her up for that appointment without doing further testing so he refused to do the test I originally wanted to do, and refused to keep my dog on the medication she is currently taking. The only thing I got out of these visits was my money was taken, and I still need a stim test for my dog
