Love the prices and clean, well stocked store. However, the customer service is lacking and employee engagement is often rude. Today's experience found me just shy of arguing with three different associates, including a supervisor, as to how I was completing my self checkout, only to be fully vindicated with my receipt. Despite this, no apologies were offered and rudeness continued. I will try another location before cancelling my membership. As I do have options for similar savings, I won't subject myself to improper customer treatment.

Don't bother order ahead for pickup. They literally 1 hour late for mine scheduled pick up time

Miss my shopping!. I have been a BJs member for many years and then moved away from Jax. Came in for a weekend and renewed my membership as I can go to the one in Pensacola from here on out. Great selection of produce and just all around a step up. They are a cross between the higher C warehouse and the lower S warehouse
