Brad and his team were easy to work with, on time, delivered what they committed to and follow up was fantastic. Andrew did the installation. He was very professional and did an excellent job making sure everything was done, done right and looking great. I wanted the system in a tight spot in the garage and Andrew changed plumbing around to accommodate my request.

We have been using FWT for about 6 years with no major issue. But over the last 4 months Our well water has been becoming progressively foul-smelling. I now know if something actually goes wrong or needs to be fixed, they are the WORST company to deal with. We have had technicians out multiple times to try and fix the issue, but they have yet to make any difference. This would be fine if it didn't take weeks to schedule and nail down a time for someone to come out. Good luck getting someone on the phone. We've had multiple appointments where FWT has been a no-show or cancelled last minute. Each time they come out they will tweak one small thing, and as they request we give it a day or so to take effect. Then a couple days later when our water still reeks of sulfur, we will call them back and have to wait another week or so before we can schedule ANOTHER appointment so they can try something else. They literally made us schedule an appointment right after we had a tech out to try to address the issue, just to have someone come test the water. They made me leave work in the middle of the day just so someone could tell me there was sulfur in the water which is exactly what we've been telling them from day 1. Why couldn't they have the initial tech that came out to try to address the issue perform the test? Your guess is as good as mine. I am so done being jerked around by this company. We will be switching water treatment companies after this garbage customer service. *edit- it gets worse: the owner called me to let me know the smell was my fault. Although, when we initially called a tech out to address the smell I mentioned the aerator had recently been removed. No one seemed to think that was an issue or that any further investigation into the plumbing needed to be done. And on top of that the tech who came out today found the seals in our filter had gone bad, which would be unrelated to anything we had done. I used to work in a bicycle shop, and I cant imagine a customer coming in with a bike we had sold them and having an issue, whether it be of their causing or not, then keeping their bike in the shop for months, and when they call expressing frustration that it hasnt been fixed, telling them its their fault its broken. That is completely insane customer service.

From my experience, Florida Water Technologies uses inferior equipment. The system they installed at our house didnt even last a year.

Florida Water Technologies was a great company to work with! They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Their work was clean and thorough. The equipment is far nicer than any other competitors I researched in the area. The water feels way better and now tastes better too!

Loren, I have read and understand your concern. We are working diligently to resolve the issue of water smell. But when your husband removed the Aerator he made a mistake and reconnected the sulphur filter backwards. You see for the first 6 years it was plumbed in correctly that's why you had no issues. However, it will not work when it's connected backwards. We fixed his mistake and re piped the filter. Today we bleached the lines which is necessary to remove the residual sulphur smell inside the home. If the odor returns it's a real possibility that the anode rod inside the water heater is the culprit. You can tell by isolating the hot and cold side. If the cold side smells fine while the hot stinks, it's the anode rod. A plumber would be a good place to turn if indeed that is what happens next. With that said, we hate to see you go and I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Phillip, I am sorry to hear that. The system has a lifetime warranty on the tanks and 7 years on the valve. I wish I knew you were having problems. I will contact you in the morning and have the entire unit replaced ASAP. Brad
