Dr Winterrowd delivered my baby girl via c section & she was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, understanding & kind during the difficult birth process . Highly recommend!!

I dont know if something has happened with her but it seems like Dr. Winterrowd might not enjoy her job like she used to. When I was pregnant with my first son, she was at the top of my list for doctors from the practice that I would be happy to deliver him. She was knowledgeable and friendly and open and I felt comfortable with her. at the time she was pregnant with her second kid. So it was not possible for her to deliver me because she was already out on maternity leave. Well fast forward three years and she just delivered our last child, our third. I may have been spoiled by the Midwife Lindsey at the practice because nobody else seems to be as kind and friendly and amazing as her honestly. But I just found my experience with Dr. Winterrowd on the night of our delivery to be average or less. She did not seem too thrilled or happy for us. She initially dismissed me when I called saying I was an early labor and almost seemed irritated that I had not wanted to get induced earlier. And on the joyous occasion of our last child being born, when all of the nurses were so supportive and it was just such a love fest in the delivery room, she stands out as being the one who has cold and detached. And it was a pretty straightforward delivery so Im not sure why that is. Im just genuinely curious why she is so different from the first time I met her three years ago. I wish the Midwife had been on call the night we went into labor but I will say, experiencing a doctor delivery made me all the more grateful that this practice has a midwife who can provide such a warm and amazing delivery experience

Can't say enough about Dr. Winterrowd. She is patient, kind, and empathetic. Takes the time to listen to you and adequately address your concerns. Even when the office is busy, she does not make you feel rushed or like an inconvenience. This is the support that all OB's should be providing their pregnant patients. Grateful to have her as my doctor!
