        I have been going to 54th Ave office for quite a while now. Even before phc was there. A lot of changes for the better. Love the staff! And in my experience the receptionist is very pleasant.

        Horrible. Always giving you the around abouts. The receptionist is always rude. Won't even listen to what you need help with. Very unorganized. It looks like there isn't any type of communication in that office.

        The people in office are amazing! , however the receptionist who sets appointments for all the offices over the phone ( has been the same for 6 years ) is horrible , she's rude ,and actually argues with you about missing previous appointments when she is clueless( it is her job to set appointments not judge and be rude about things that are NOT HER BUSINESS MY HEALTH BEING ONE OF THEM ) a couple times I was actually hospitalized,unable to call in bad shape - she is very rude and judgemental and I am actually thinking of switching just because of her , I have called to complain several times , nothing gets done . In office no issue- she needs her calls listened in on and retrained , and if she can't treat the patients kind. - FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN . Her job is to set patients appointments and that's what she needs to do .DO BETTER. And the central Ave office is terrible save yourself the trouble and come to this location.
