Great trip. The guys took great care of us. My friend got so, sick she didn't want to get into the water. The guys kept her comfortable, and kept an eye on me. I'm looking forward to coming back with my family.

My husband and I were on our 10th wedding anniversary trip that we had been planning for months. He contacted them to book it specifically because we wanted to go to the Christ of the Abyss. They told us that they would take us to the Christ of the Abyss so we booked it. In the time leading up to the trip, because of its importance to us, My husband called 3 more times to confirm our reservation and where we would be going and all 3 times they confirmed we would be going to our desired sight and they said the only thing that would keep is from being able to go to the Christ of the abyss would be water/weather conditions. Even the day before our trip he confirmed this with the company. Then the day of our reservation we call to confirm location and time to arrive and we were told we wouldnt be going to Christ of the abyss. When we asked why, we were told because its too popular- nothing to do with weather or sea conditions which is what we were told would be the only reasons we couldnt go to Christ of the abyss. And the weather and water conditions that day were PERFECT. When we asked for a refund and to cancel we were told we had to cancel 72 hours in advance. Which if we were told it from the beginning that we werent going to be taken to the Christ of the abyss we would t have booked with them in the first place. So we reluctantly went because we had already paid and they told us we could talk to the boat captain once we got there and see if he would take us. Well when we got to the boat we soon realized we were the only ones snorkeling and everyone else was there for scuba dive certifications. When we asked about going to the Christ of the abyss the boat crew laughed and said we dont go to the Christ of the abyss- only our small boats do that So they never even booked us on a Christ of The Abyss trip and if they did they apparently didnt have enough people for a whole trip so they stuck us with the boat they had going out. We spoke again with the place that we booked our trip with and we were told that the owner would give us a call. Its been over 3 weeks since our trip and no one has called us yet. This company obviously puts profits our people and lie to the customers for their own gain. If we could give them negative stars we would.
