Dont use this company. They are horrible at providing any type of updates. I hired them back in January and constantly had to call in for an update which then I was told the app would be update in 8-9 days. I was not properly explained any type of so called guarantee I was told we will wait for a court date and thats all. Now I am calling in as I can finally see an app update it is now April 4th and I am required to pay more than my originally ticket. Never did their rep William Say I would not qualify for a guarantee of no school due to my speed limit. My money was taken I couldnt simply paid 5$ for driving school and saved myself time and $$$$ now the course Im required to do is 55$ on top of things my first speeding ticket EVER I do not believe the company attempted to do anything in my favor besides appear in court. SMH I hope you all save your time and money this was a HUGE Joke.

Would not recommend TicketClinic for any services. Hired them early in january to handle a speeding ticket and was assured during the consultation that i wouldnt have to attend traffic school or any points on license , MONEY BACK GUARANTEE as advertised on all of their phone calls/website. Come to find out 2 months later, the county i was issued the ticket still requires traffic school and there is nothing they can do about it. To sum it up, 2 representatives falsified the end result of this case and 1 supervisory by the name of Aubrey confirmed this was my fault for not being aware of state laws. Complete false advertising, save your money and fight ticket yourself or hire a professional firm. The fact that this firm had the opportunity to correct this wrong at the cost of $90 and chose not to clearly shows you what character is showing up to represent you in court.
