Their Comfilyte Dentures are too bulky. They upcharge for as many add on as they think they can get paid for and explain them as being required. The price they advertise is not the price.

The dentist and dentist hygienist are amazing!! they treated me with kindness and explained everything I had going on. I was suggested to take my wisdom teeth out so they sent me over to someone (office manager?) to discuss prices for the surgery. When i told her i wasnt able to pay upfront that day and that i would call back to schedule my surgery when i had the money her attitude changed and i felt uncomfortable, she took all the paper work away and i said bye and it was just really rude from her end to treat me indifferent for not being able to pay right away.

Arrived on time to my appointment but still had to wait 30 mins or so to be seen, but I can look past that. My problem is that I was told to wait in the waiting room for a manager to discuss the cost of services needed, which never happened. after waiting additional 30 mins, I was told that the manager was too busy to see me and she would call me instead at an agreed time. Had I not asked what was the delay, I may have still been sitting there waiting. To add insult to injury, the rest of the day came and went without me receiving that call.

I had an good experience with the dentist. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the dentist was thorough in explaining procedures. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment.
