My first time using North Florida Golf Carts and was very impressed of their great and friendly customer service. I needed new batteries, tires, and so much more for my old golf cart. Tim went the extra mile to make sure my cart was exactly up to my expectations. His expertise in golf cart repairs made the problems, no problems. I thought I would need a new battery charger that could be $300-$600 or more to replace. Tim took time to trace the problem back to my cart & for $39.99 part + small labor charge, he saved me from getting a new charger. That was greatly appreciated.

We have experienced the best customer service ever, at North Florida Golf Carts. We experienced battery issues with our golf cart and arrived 7 minutes before closing and the gentleman working there was attentive and extremely helpful with our issue! They managed to cause a stress free situation and resolved what we needed. Thank you for everything that you do and keep up the fantastic work!
