Everyone at Envision is wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and it shows in their work. I would recommend anyone to visit them for any and all physical therapy needs.

My wife was just in an Auto accident and we were scheduled to come to this lake mary due to proximity. The office has the appearance of order and treatment is fair, but most unfortunately the receptionist team was so toxic that it has left a sour experience. With dealing with the situation, we are not experts of all information and with several calls and coming in person we have been treated disrespectfully and with lack of professionalism. It is understandable to have a bad day or be off, but to laugh at someone on the phone is uncalled for. Also, during her treatment, I remained in the lobby and witnessed the pair not just treating us like this but collectively this being their comfort zone of actions. I will not disclose the names on this review but I am aware and when I tried to call the complaint line listed in the back of paperwork, I was directed 4 times to a call service trying to sell the equivalent of life alert. I would like to speak with a professional or ininternal HR representative in order to address this situation. People should leave a practice feeling better because they have been sufficiently taken care of not because their is less negativity surrounding them.
