        Its a very quiet neighborhood been living her since 2013. Just wish the walls were thicker so you cant hear noise from the neighbors. Need to fix the lights outside, so people can see at night.

        I would give it the poorest review that I seen in Lake Park is and running into the ground. They put a Band-Aid on it to fix it to get rent. It is definitely one of the worst places in Lake Park, old plumbing, old electrical you plug something in the wall socket theyre loose short out your appliances or whatever you have plugged in shock hazards for babies in plumbing has old pipes that leak in the walls with mold that you can smell from outside or health needs to be called considering there is toddlers here with glass all over the place in the park for kids, trash all over the ground but they complain that its the tenants for where is corporate when you need them needs to be racially balanced For tenant need to come together and put a stop the way this place is ran where the only ones that can see it through

        Its a peaceful place to live. The staff are friendly and polite they fix issues fast and the only fall back is the garbage dumpster some people that live in our community dont have a clue on how to dump there garbage. Ive lived here for almost 7 years and I love it here.
