We had a roof leak and Roberto came out quickly to check it out. He knew exactly what the issue was. They ended up coming to fix it earlier than expected and did a great job.

I called Agapio plumbing in regards to my water heater burning out. Lee the owner gave me a great price, so we decided to have the new unit installed. Fortunately they where able to install it the next morning. Aaron the installer was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with this company again. I highly recommend this company. I give them a 10 + Service: Water heater installation

I am in the middle of a roof replacement with Oceanside. I will gladly update the review if I hear from them. That's the problem -- I can't reach "Jose" to find out when my project will be completed. I also think it's bad business to have workers that only speak Spanish. Luckily I speak pretty good Spanish, but the workers know no English - so be prepared for no communication. The only plus so far is that at the end of the days of work, they clean up pretty well. Promise to update if and when I heard back from "Jose" or "Roberto" who can tell me the status of my project and when I can expect it to be completed.

I contracted this firm to complete a gas line for a mobile portable generator in my home. After several calls, Kathy (office manager) connected me with Lee (owner) who came in to install a quick connect gas extension line. A few weeks after the electrical was install and my generator arrived, I attempted to connect to the gas line and the generator did not turn on. Bear in mind that the generator WORKS as it's a tri-fuel generator, is NEW and fully functional with other types of fuel, but not natural gas. I suspect that this is a regulator issue where I attempted to call Lee again to pursue a repair or proper installation of this setup. Unfortunately, after weeks of attempting to connect with Lee, the best that I could hope for was to submit some image of my setup and Lee became totally non-responsive. Kathy was utterly embarrassed by the lack of responsiveness of the owner and could not apologize enough for this mishandling of a customer inquiry. I repeated to Kathy that I was willing to pay for a service or home visit in order to get this done, but again, no response from the owner. I would avoid this vendor if you care to work with someone professional who values your time and money. Be warned!
