At first I was wondering if anyone at Consumer Buzz understood a website that needed to appeal to women. A website more feminine than masculine. thay had Julia call, to hopely get my website on line and she is amazing. I give her a five.

Just spoke with someone that called me about my business. Had me on the phone giving me all the fancy talk about how they could help my business get better results through optimizing the search results for my business. After a while of going back and forth on why I should get with their business, he put a sales rep without even telling me he would on the phone. The sales rep was disrespectful and hostile from the get go, and after telling him I was skeptical of their services he started cussing and ordering the analyst I was speaking with prior to him to hang up the phone. Ridiculous company.

My small business has greatly benefited from the marketing direction from Consumer Buzz. The staff is knowledgeable and very consistent with the direction they market your business. To do what they do (considering I even knew how the system worked) would have taken me years to achieve. Zach in the billing department went above and beyond to explain fees and rates to ensure I was comfortable with continuance of our service. Very happy with their service and plan to continue "watering the grass" so to speak!

These guys are phenomenal! I had very little experience with online marketing before I got a call from this group one day, and I must say I am so beyond impressed. Their customer service is top notch, and the online visibility they set me up with has caused my business to skyrocket! Super patient group and very attentive to detail, had no problem answering any of my questions (and I had a lot). Overall, very pleased with them and I look forward to continuing to work with them.
