        This insurance agency is seeming like a scam. My claim was made January 17th, its now April 5th and they still have not fixed my car. Jelipsa Melendez is my adjuster and Michelle Salgado is supposedly her manager, they never answer the phone, Jelipsa answered one time and said shed call me back and then never has and I cant get a hold of any of them. I just continue to get the run around. They are a scam. If they fix my car I will take this review down if you are reading this then Do NOT insure your car with this company. Run away they are a scam. They will never fix your car if an accident happens.
