        If i could give this company zero stars i would. I am a Wedding planner. My clients booked this venue in March paid their $500 deposit and contract signed. Since March my clients were in contact with Maria , even went to go see the venue a couple of times to do mock up tables. On July 8th i came down to FL to look at the venue then Maria tells us that she has someone else booked for that day!!!!! (2 weeks before my clients wedding !!!) Not only did she say that , she tried to pretend like she didnt speak any English and called another lady on the phone . The lady on the phone told us that she had been trying to contact my clients and never heard back EVEN THOUGH I REACHED OUT AND MARIA HAD FREQUENT COMMUNICATION WITH MY CLIENTS !!! After we went back and forth Maria says she has another venue down the street that was bigger , nicer and had longer operating hours ! She takes us to a dump !!!! (See pictures) I demanded she pay them their $500 back and she did but this lady and company is GARBAGE and very unprofessional!!!! She should be embarrassed of herself !!!!! BOOK YOUR EVENTS WITH IMAGINE EVENT HALL !!!! MUCH BETTER & THEY PROVIDE MORE WITH THE SAME PRICE !!!!!!

Likewise, assessing venues, vendors, and other event-related elements allows you to make informed decisions and ensure they meet your client's expectations. Taking the time to review contracts and assessments demonstrates your dedication to PROFESSIONALISM and helps mitigate potential issues that may arise during the event planning process. The total amount of $500 dollars has been refunded to the client right away. We encourage you to create a protocol for future events and make sure that all dates and events venue services are fully booked and paid, which we never received a full payment and try to reach you numerous time .Thanks
