Thiefs in the neighborhood lot rents keeps going up wouldn't recommend.

That's right *update (12/12/22)* Other factors to keep you from living here include Trash Collection at odd times during the day and night, parties going on up into 3 in the morning with loud speakers, and constant building to existing structures that leaves debris around property lines. Save your money and move into a house, not a slum. Pros: Schools and Shopping Areas are close by Has Nice Model Homes (newly built) Cons: New Models stay on their lots for weeks before pipes,electrical, and even the final construction shows cracks and faults in the seems of connecting walls and doors. (Massive drop in Quality) Terrible Costumer Service and Reception for booking appointments and having no-shows/rescheduling. Mangment is Lacking Initiative to fix and maintain properties listed as rentals and prioritize those in Old Mobile Homes here. Maintenance Workers creeping/harassing pedestrians with their golf carts (especially on young women) Traffic is high (rush hour) Roads are cracked with potholes and construction debris in some areas (nails, etc) Lack of Maintenance for most areas Dumping is Allowed on Old Properties and open lots. Loose Dogs and Cats are a health and public hazard here. Other animals include Roosters

Place doesnt deserve a star no call backs went once for a home didnt get to see any cause all they had was new or applications for them told will let me know when used ones are available seen they have two been calling and no one calls back how do they do business that way

Do not move in here!!! You will regret it!!!! The manager is not helpful at all, they NEVER EVER answer the phone, shes always too busy to help you, never in the office, if she is, she will find somthing better to do than help you, they will give you the run around on everything and waste your time! they will only be nice unless you are purchasing a new home, once you are in they do not care about you and could careless about you, go move in somewhere where you will be treated like a person, because here you are treated like trash, i will move out, the service is pitiful and no one should be treated the way these people treat their customers.
