It was low quality service, he came late and did it very quickly. When he finished I pointed out the stains that were the same and he told me it was deterioration of the carpet. he didn't do anything about it. When the carpet dried it was with the same dirt and stains. I called him again to come and improve the lousy job he did. I will not use this company again because I know that job could have been better. I paid him exactly what he asked me for, with all my displeasure, I do not recommend it, my apologies.
